ISExcel; GetString returns unexpected exponential value

The ISExcel.GetString() function may return unexpected values where the cell is a number and the format is "General".

This occurs if the number has many digits and formatting of the number returns an "exponential" value. For example, "400555000000000" was returning "4.00555E+15".
