Secured Signing Electronic Signature service; add ID Verification report

The Secured Signing Summary Page now includes a button that can be used to view the ID Verification Report (PDF). This is relevant if ID Verification was requested for the signing process.

If, for some reason, the ID Verification Report was not downloaded when the signing completed, the "View" button is replaced by a "Get" button that will fetch the report so it can be viewed. Note, the Report can only be downloaded within 7 (seven) days.

Secured Signing's ID Verification option can be requested by setting the following Document Constants:

• UseElectronicSigning
• True
• SecuredSigningUseAuthType
• IDV
