Security Statement Item Summary Page; Script fails to execute with error

When viewing a Security Statement Item the Summary Page script may fail with the following message "Script Execution failed for Script 'BuiltIn.SummaryPage2_SecurityStmtSecuirtyItems_SecurityItemSummary'. Object reference not set to an instance of an object."
