Document Manager; changing only the case of an Account, Client etc code fails to rename Document Manager folder
When changing the code of an Account, Client etc, the folder Document Files are located in is renamed.
However, if only the case of the code is changed, the save fails with "Failed to save Account. Failed to rename Document Manager Folder. Source Id has not changed.".
Note, under Global Settings, General group, Formatting page "Convert all Codes to UPPER CASE" must be unchecked to allow this.
