PPSR NZ; May return incorrect error details when Amending, Registering etc. a Financing Statement

The PPSR NZ interface may return incorrect error details when Registering, Amending, Renewing or Discharging a Financing Statement.

The error details will correctly state "Failed to register Financing Statement." at the top, but the details underneath will be related to the previous error that occurred.

This occurs, for example, if the 'Subscriber Key' is not defined under Global Settings.
