Refinancing; Refinancing into a New Account only shows the New Account wizard in "Refinance mode" once

When Refinancing an existing Account into a New Account, after the Close wizard, the User is presented with the New Account wizard in a "Refinance mode", which displays additional information about the original Account, and upon cancelling the wizard the User is prompted whether they want to delete the new one, or retain it as a Quote etc. If the User chooses to retain the Account as a Quote, the New Account wizard is then closed.

However, if the Quote Account is then edited (which opens the New Account wizard again) then it displays differently to what it did before - it appears more as a generic New Account. Some of the important features are retained, such as not being able to update the Opening Date, but useful features such as when the Cancel button is clicked is then lost.

The behaviour has been enhanced so that whenever a Quote Account with a Creation Method of "Refinance" is edited in the New Account wizard it will be put into "Refinance mode". This ensures that all the functionality of that initial run of the wizard is also available on subsequent edits of the Account.
