Deposits; Payment Type of "Direct Credit" now supports "Token" types

Deposit Account Interest and Maturity Payment Type of "Direct Credit" now supports "Token".

When a Payment Type of "Direct Credit" is selected for the Interest or Maturity payment, it should allow Payment Methods of type:

• Bank
• Token
• Split (aka Zepto AU)
• Zepto NZ

Cash, Cheque, Credit Card, Other and POS are NOT permitted.

This applies to

• New Account wizard, both Maturity and Interest Payment Methods
• Interest Payment change wizard
• Maturity Instruction change wizard
