Product Types; duplicating a Product Type now clears the default Account Type
When duplicating a Product Type, the default Account Type was saved from the orginal Product Type - which is not correct.
Now the default Account Type is cleared when duplicating the Product Type.
In addition, extra validation is done when saving a new Product Type that would prevent this issue occuring.
