HTML Widgets; Account Refinance; Full Refinancing is now handled by the Account Close and New Account HTML Widgets

The Account Close HTML Widget has been updated to support the Close Method of "Refinance". Previously, there was a dedicated Account Refinance HTML Widget used for this purpose in finPOWER Connect Cloud. The problem (for some databases) is that the dedicated HTML Widget was too simplistic for the business requirements, allowing only basic information to be entered.

Enhancing the Account Close HTML Widget allows full Refinance support, which Users will be used to in finPOWER Connect Desktop.

Additionally, the New Account HTML Widget has also been enhanced to support Quote Accounts created during a Refinance which are being Refinanced into a new Account.

Note: The existing Account Refinance HTML Widget is still shipped with finPOWER Connect. This means that for databases where the simplified method of Refinance is still desired, the Account Refinance HTML Widget can be imported and configured in Cloud Connect Settings.
