Account Payment; added new properties to enhance scripting

The following properties have been added to the finAccountPayment object to enhance scripting:

• Tag
• Object property, i.e. so any value can be stored in the property.
• The Tag property can be used to attach another value or object to this object, but is not saved.
• User Flag
• User Flag.
• 1 character.
• Saved to both the Bank Transaction and Account Transaction.
• UserNotes
• User Notes.
• Up to 255 characters.
• Saved to both the Bank Transaction and Account Transaction.
