HTML Widgets; widget.UI.DateTimeZone control; New .ValueSetNow() method to set value to current date and time

A new ValueSetNow() method has been added to the widget.UI.DateTimeZone control. This sets the value to the current date and time.

NOTE: This does not change the Time Zone (if visible) or set the value as per the Time Zone, it simply sets it to the computer's current date and time setting.
