HTML Widgets; New Account; Client Id can duplicate in Clients list if creating from an Account Quotation

It was possible for the Client Id to appear twice in the Clients grid of the New Account wizard if the Account was being created from an Account Quotation. The Account Quotation uses the same HTML Widget as the New Account wizard but run in a different mode.

If a Client had been selected in the Quotation, and the User proceeds to create a new Account, the Client Id may appear twice in the Clients grid.

This has been fixed, and now the Client Id will only appear once.
