Document Manager; various changes to improve interface with regards File Categories

Various changes to the Document Manager Files page have been made to improve the interface with regards File Categories.

• File Category Pane
• The File Category Pane shows a list of:
• "[All]" to show all Files.
• "[None]" to show Files with no Category.
• Standard File Categories for the Account, Client etc as defined on the respective System Information List.
• Any other Categories used by the Account, Client etc.
• To show the list of File Categories, click the "Show/ Hide Categories Pane" button below the grid.
• Click on one of the Categories to filter by that Category
• File Drag/ Drop
• If you drag and drop a File on to the grid whilst a File Category is selected, the File is added to that Category.
• Updated button icons for File Add and Delete actions below the grid.
• "Open Root folder" button
• Now "Open Folder"
• If a File Category is selected the Folder opened is for that Category, i.e. sub-folder.
