HTML Widgets; widget.UI.DocumentManagerComboBox; showPreview option not working

HTML Widgets such as the Client Edit form use a widget.UI.DocumentManagerComboBox to present a list of Document Manager files.

This control supports a startup option, showPreview which, if unspecified, defaults to true.

If this was set to false, the control would fail to work correctly and the HTML Widget would not initialise correctly.
