Centrix Credit Bureau service; Identification document images are now resized and converted to JPG format

When an identification document image file is downloaded from Centrix, it will now be resized (preserving aspect ratio) if its height or width is greater than 1920 pixels.

Additionally, files that are in PNG format are converted to JPG format. Both these measures are to reduce disk space requirements for image file storage.
