Document Manager; new option to define standard File Categories via Information Lists

A new option has been added to the Document Manager to define standard File Categories via Information Lists.

This allows functions such as "Move" to provide a dropdown list of File Categories.

Note, the Information List's "Limit to List" property is respected - Mandatory and Default settings are not used, So, check if you do not wish the User to be able to type any Category.

The following system based Information Lists are now available:

  • DocManCatAccount
    • Document Manager Account Categories
  • DocManCatAccountApp
    • Document Manager Account Application Categories
  • DocManCatClient
    • Document Manager Client Categories
  • DocManCatSecurityItem
    • Document Manager Security Item Categories
  • DocManCatSecurityStmt
    • Document Manager Security Statement Categories
  • DocManCatUser
    • Document Manager User Categories

NOTE: If there are any existing Categories in use for the Account, Client etc, these are also included.
