Document Manager; added ability to move File Categories

On forms such as the Client and Account form, the Files page displays Files associated with the item. This includes a File "Category".

There is now an option to move selected Files to another Category.

To use, select one or more Files you wish to move then click the "Move selected Files to another Category" button. A dialog box will then appear allowing you to select the new Category.

Note, the same Permission Keys used in renaming Files are also used.
