User Defined pages; Parameter Set may not save Range control

On User Defined pages a Parameter Set may not save a Range control.

This occurs under the following circumstances:

• The Parameter is a Range control.
• The Range control is NOT limited to list.
• The Value is changed.
• The focus is still on the Range control when the record is saved.
