Centrix Credit Bureau Biometric Verification: enhanced Name handling logic

Currently the Centrix Biometric response data combines the applicant's first and middle names in the "firstname" data element, leaving the "middlename" element blank. This can be seen in the Service Log Response option.

That can lead to misleading results and warnings in the Data table in the Summary Page.

A workaround has been added to enhance the handling of Names by attempting to split Centrix's combined first+middle names element back into separate first and middle name elements. That workaround should work in "most" cases.

Note, Centrix is working on a solution at their end to provide a long term solution.
