Deposit Accounts; now record audit information on Interest Transactions when Closing Account

Deposit Accounts now record audit information on Interest Transactions when closing the Account.

Note, audit information is not written if one of these conditions is meet:

• Interest value is manually changed
• Account Processes for the Account are not up-to-date, i.e. where there are Interest Transactions not yet processed prior to the close date.
• The close date is future dated and there are Interest Transactions between now and the close date that have not been processed.
