New Account Wizard: Instalment Selection drilldown shows blank screen

In the New Account Wizard, the Instalment Selection drilldown shows a blank screen if the First Payment Period is not "Standard".

This was by design as the payment values cannot be calculated if the Term Entry Method is "Term". However, a message to this effect should have been shown - which it is now.

In addition, when the Term Entry Method is "Number of Payments" the payment values can be calculated, so they are now displayed properly and able to be selected.
