Summary Pages; Standard Blocks; AccountDirectDebit_Summary incorrectly reporting value increases / decreases

The "AccountDirectDebit_Summary" Summary Block shows the original value of a Direct Debit payment - if this value is updated (e.g., in the Process Direct Debits wizard) then the summary page will show the new value, and what the old value was. Previously, this was always saying "Reduced from", even if the value had been increased.

This has been fixed, and now the applicable phrasing will be used (i.e., either "Reduced from" or "Increased from").
