Centrix Credit Bureau Service; Identification Image and Liveness video download now supported

The CentrixNZ service can now automatically retrieve Identification Document images and Liveness Video when a Biometric Verification completes and display them in the Summary Page.

Under Global Settings, Credit Bureau group, General page check "Automatically download Images?".

In addition, the images can be saved to the Client's Document Manager Folder, and be displayed in the "Files" page by checking "Save downloaded Images?" (for Identification image) and "Save downloaded Videos?" (for Liveness video) under Cost Centres, CentrixNZ page, Options tab. Note, this requires the Document Manager Add-On.

Finally, there is a new option to add an Identification Item to a Client when an Centrix Biometric Verification is completed. To use check "Add Identification Item?" under Cost Centres, CentrixNZ page, Options tab. An image of the ID Document is also saved to the Client's Document Manager folder.

This is only applicable to New Zealand Driver's Licence and Passport Identification Types. The Drivers Licence and Passport Identification Types must be defined under Global Settings, Clients group, General page. Note; Identification Items requires the Advanced Client Add-On, and to add the ID Document image, the Document Manager Add-On.
