HTML Widgets; Account Type Edit; "Ledger" no longer respects the Information List "Mandatory" setting
The Account Type Edit HTML Widget no longer enforces the "Ledger" field (on the "New Accounts" page) to be Mandatory if it is set as such on the Information List. Whilst it should remain Mandatory for Accounts, there should be no requirement that this ever be Mandatory at the Account Type level.
