HTML Widgets; Parameters Host; Hide parameters under "TESTING" block

The widget.UI.ParametersHost control has been updated to hide parameters under the special "TESTING" block.

This block contains internal parameters which, within finPOWER Connect desktop, are only displayed when running an HTML Widget from the "Test" button on the Scripts form.

This section was displaying when right-clicking on an item such as "Recent Actions", Task Manager 2, selecting "Folder Properties..." and viewing the "HTML Widget" page.
