HTML Widgets; Grid; If showing filter row AND grouped by, total includes grouping rows

Grids displaying a filter row that are also showing grouped content display an incorrect total.

For example, a Task Manager folder configured to group by "AccountTypeId" might have shown "4 of 106" when there were only 99 items in the grid (but the grid contained 7 different Account Types).
