HTML Widgets; Account Processes; Overdue Rules (Loan Accounts) date not automatically updating correctly

The Overdue Rules date box (for Loan Accounts) was not updating correctly when other dates above it were updated. This has been fixed, and now the date updates as follows:

• When the Loan Interest and Fee Transactions date is today (or in the past) then the Overdue Rules will match it.
• If the Loan Interest and Fee Transactions date is later than today (i.e., in the future) then the Overdue Rules will be set as today.
