Admin forms; disabled Pages may be unexpectedly removed from the list of Pages

Several Admin forms may unexpectedly remove a disabled Page from the list of Pages shown.

This occurs if a page is disabled, i.e., it is not relevant to the current record, and a task group is collapsed or expanded, e.g., the Tools group. At this point the disabled Page is made invisible.

A change has been made so that disabled pages are not flagged as hidden. This does mean that the page contents will display as disabled controls rather than not be accessible.
