Task Manager 2; New "Bookmarked" and "Recently Records" system folders

The following folders are now shown below the "Recent Actions" folder in the Task Manager 2:

• Bookmarked
• Recent Records

These folders can be hidden by switching off the two new options on the User Preferences form, Tasks & Workflows, General page.

The "Bookmarked" folder also displays a count of items.

NOTE: The "Recent Records" folder only displays records that are viewed in finPOWER Connect Cloud. finPOWER Connect desktop's ability to move through records makes recording records as "Recent" when viewed from this interface pointless.
