Bank Account; Payment Method "Options" checkboxes updated

On the Bank Account, Payment Method drilldown form, Other page, Options section the "Exclude from New Account Wizard?" and "Exclude from Account Payment Details wizard?" checkboxes now behave slightly differently.

Previously there was a link between these two checkboxes, so, as one was checked or unchecked it may have updated the other checkbox. This no longer happens.
