HTML Widgets; Document Create; Branch is now defaulted

Sending SMS type Documents allow the entry of a Branch to determine which Cost Centre the charge should be applied to. When a database is not licenced for Cost Centres, the Branch field is hidden. Where the record did not have a default Branch (such as Clients, where the field is optional) this meant that the list of Services was never loaded as no Branch was selected, and there was no control where a Branch could be selected.

Therefore, the HTML Widget has been updated to apply a "Default Branch" when first loaded. The following order is applied: Record, User Preference, First Active Branch.
