Workflows form; "Locate in Task Manager" not applicable when using Task Manager 2

If a database is configured to use Task Manager 2 only then the "Locate in Task Manager" action is no longer available from the Workflows form.

Also, the Workflows grids on the Accounts, Account Applications and Clients forms will no longer show a corresponding button.

Currently, Task Manager 2 has no concept of this functionality.
