HTML Widgets; When running from within finPOWER Connect, error appears in console window when displaying a Summary Page

When running an HTML Widget such as the Account Payment Received wizard, an error would appear in the Web Browser's developer console indicating that the file "summarypage_2_web.css" was not found.

This file is only used by finPOWER Connect Cloud so this did not cause any issues, it has however been tidied up so this file is not included when running from desktop.
