RealAML Credit Bureau; New options to add or update the Client Image and create an Identification Item

The RealAML Credit Bureau service can now automatically retrieve Face and Identification Document images when a Verification completes and display them in the Summary Page.

Under Global Settings, Credit Bureau group, General page check "Automatically download Images?".

The images can be saved to the Client's Document Manager Folder, and be displayed in the "Files" page by checking "Save downloaded Images?" under Cost Centres, RealAML page, Options tab. This feature requires the Document Manager Add-On.

Next, there is a new option to add or update a Client's Image when a RealAML Verification is completed. The Image is saved in the Client's Document Manager folder.

This option is set via Cost Centres, RealAML page, Options page.

• Add Client Image?
• If the Client does not already have an image it is saved
• Update Client Image?
• If the Client already has an image it is updated

This feature also requires the Document Manager Add-On.

Finally, there is a new option to automatically add an Identification Item to a Client when a RealAML Verification is completed.

To use check "Add Identification Item?" under Cost Centres, RealAML page, Options page.

An image of the ID Document is also saved to the Client's Document Manager folder.

Note; this is only applicable to Australian and New Zealand Driver's Licence and Passport Identification Types. In addition, under Global Settings, Clients group, General page the Drivers Licence and Passport Identification Types must be defined.

This feature requires the Document Manager Add-On and the Advanced Client Add-On.

Additionally, please note:

• To retrieve ID images, you must use a Verification Type that includes the "QuickID" option. That is selected on page 2 of the Credit Enquiry wizard.
• If the applicant chooses the option to skip ID verification. no images will be available to download.
