HTML Widgets; Grids; Double type columns do not respect 'showSeparators' option
A 'showSeparators' option can be used when adding numeric widget.UI.Grid columns. This forces the thousands separator (a comma) to be inserted in the correct places.
This was being respected for Currency type columns but not for Double type columns.
