Scheduled Processes; Process Parameters left behind when duplicating an existing Process

When duplicating an existing process, any Parameters specific to the Process Type were not being duplicated. Additionally, the Process Id was not incremented meaning the record could not be immediately saved (the User would need to open the Process, update the Process Id and then save).

This has been fixed, and now all Process Parameters are correctly duplicated, and the Process Id is incremented.
