"HTML Report" type sample Scripts have been removed as they are now obsoleted.

The following sample Scripts have been removed:

• Management Dashboard Sample - RPT.MDASH
• Script_ManagementDashboard.xml

• User Hierarchy Report - USERHIER
• Script_UserHierarchy.xml

• Workflow Dashboard Sample - RPT.WDASH
• Script_WorkflowDashboard.xml
