Global Settings; Tasks & Workflows; New option to still allow access to the original Task Manager when using the new Task Manager 2

A new option has been added to the Global Settings form, Tasks & Workflows, General page, "Still allow access to Task Manager 1?"

This means that Users can still use Task Manager 1, even if they want to primarily use Task Manager 2 (or vice-versa).

Since Task Manager 2 is completely new, it may not initially have all of the functionality of Task Manager 1. This option allows you to use the new Task Manager whilst still having the original one as a fallback.
