HTML Widgets; Account Type setting, "Allow Entry of Total Interest to Calculate Interest Rate?", now respected in the Account Financial control

The Account Financial control (used in the New Account wizard) has been updated to respect the "Allow Entry of Total Interest to Calculate Interest Rate?" Account Type setting for new Accounts. When checked, a calculator icon is displayed next to the Interest Rate Number Box which allows entry of the total Interest to be charged for the Account. The Interest rate is then calculated to achieve this total Interest value.

Where configured against the Account Type, this option will now appear in the New Account HTML Widget, and any other HTML Widget which uses the Account Financial control.
