Parameter Sets; "Range" Parameter could allow mandatory fields to be skipped

The "Range" Parameter allowed the "Finish" button to be clicked when the Range Type was set to any of:

• Database SQL
• Standard
• Information List

This is despite the information on the following page (SQL Query, Range or Information List selection) had not been set. This has now been fixed, and now the wizard cannot be completed until all required information for the selected Range Type has been specified.
