Account Restructure; fails with "Cannot save Account after Financial information has been changed." error

An Account Restructure may fail with the error "Failed to commit Account Restructure. Failed to save Account. Cannot save Account after Financial information has been changed.".

This may occur if a Standard Transaction with a Frequency of "Once" is added or updated via a script and it has a Stop Date set.

In the finPOWER Connect User Interface the Stop Date is cleared if the Frequency is changed to "Once", but via the Business Layer this date could be set.

The finPOWER Connect Business Layer has been updated to clear the Stop Date if a Standard Transaction has a Frequency of "Once".

Note, this does not immediately fix the error in an Account Restructure. The workaround for this is to edit the Account, drilldown to any Standard Transaction with a Frequency of "Once" that has a Stop Date and then save the Account. You do not have to change anything as the drilldown form will automatically clear the Stop Date.
