Queues; Items; "Query (Ad-Hoc)" removed from list

When adding an item to a Queue, the item type "Query (Ad-Hoc)" no longer appears in the list since this type of item is not supported for Queues and only exists for the purpose of allowing Queries to be saved from the "Run Query" wizard.
