HTML Widgets; Process Direct Debits; Bank Account Calendar settings are now more thoroughly validated

Previously, the "Allow Direct Debit processing on any date?" option on a Bank Account was not being validated in the Process Direct Debits HTML Widget prior to running the process. This has been improved, and now the User Interface will configure itself based upon this setting (by setting the "Process on" Date Box to the next valid Business Day) and display warnings / errors if a non-banking day is selected.
