Process Direct Debit Payments wizard; may not default the expected "Process On" date

The Process Direct Debit Payments wizard may not default the expected "Process On" date when the Bank Account "Allow Direct Debit processing on any date?" option is checked.

If this option is checked the "Process On" date should always default to today - however, it was defaulting the next business date.

Note; if the date selected in a non-business date the User is still warned "dd/mm/yyyy is not a day the bank normally processes Direct Debits.".
