Account Restructure; "Other Interest" now shown in the main area of the Financial page for applicable Account Types

Account Types which support adjustments to the Other Interest now display the Number Box in a more obvious location in the Account Restructure wizard. Previously, it was hidden away on the "Options" tab which was inconsistent to the New Account wizard where the field was located beneath the "Interest" section on the main panel. The Account Restructure wizard has been updated to match the New Account wizard.

Additionally, the caption for the Other Interest field will now automatically update depending on the type of Other Interest being used for the Account Type.
