Script Code; Font Size validation enhanced

The Script Editor font size validation has been enhanced. The minimum font size is now 5 - a size of zero will be blanked out and the default of 10 will be applied.

The number of decimal places for font size has also been decreased to one.

NOTE: these options are now located on the Tools, User Preferences, Developer, General page.
