Global Settings; General; Search; options disabled and captions updated to make clearer

The Global Settings form, General, Search page allows options to be specified for "Quick Search".

However, since Quick Search 2 was introduced, some of these options are not applicable. Also, some options may not be applicable to finPOWER Connect Cloud.

The following changes have been made:

• If licensed for the Web Interfaces Add-On, the "Search as you type" checkbox now includes the text "(desktop only)" and the tooltip on the heading has been updated to detail the finPOWER Connect Cloud specific option.
• If "Use Quick Search (version 2)" is checked, the following now happens:
• The "Search Client Street Address" option is cleared and disabled
• The "Include Security Statement Id in search while typing" option is cleared and disabled

Quick Search 2 works completely differently, and these disabled options are optimisations for the original Quick Search that are no longer required.
