Client Connect Sample Portal; "Documents" page has been added

A new page, "Documents", has been added to the Client Connect Sample Portal. The use of this new page can be configured on the "Page Settings, Documents" page of the Portal Configuration Utility.

The primary purpose of this new page is to display Client Documents. However, based upon the configuration it can also be used to display all applicable Documents for all Accounts in a single place. The "Page Settings, Documents" page in the Portal Configuration Utility allows which Client documents should be displayed. If displaying Account documents, these settings are taken from "Page Settings, Account".

Client Documents are Client Logs with a linked Document. The physical document file must exist and be accessible from the Web Server to be included in the documents list presented within the Portal.

Note: If "Show Account and Account Application Documents?" and "Show Client Documents?" are both unchecked, but "Show Documents page?" is checked, the page will be hidden as if it were unchecked.
