Parameter Sets; Display issues

The following display issues have been fixed for Parameter Sets:

• "Page Start" Parameters with an ampersand in their Caption would hide the ampersand when displaying all pages on a single page (as per the Preview on the Parameter Sets form)
• If the first "Section Start" parameter on a new Page had a caption that matched the last "Section Start" on the previous page then it was not displayed
