finClientContactAddresses.GetCurrentAddress not checking "Owned by Client" status

The Function finClientContactAddresses.GetCurrentAddress was not ensuring that the OwnedByClient Contact Address Property was True and therefore Addresses not owned by the Client could be returned as the Client's current address.

This was incorrect, and now only addresses where OwnedByClient is True can be considered as the Client's current address.
